The Venissimo Autumn Pie will feature Venissimo Raclette (a semi-hard cows milk cheese produced in Switzerland and France), red onion marmalade, grain mustard cream sauce, smoked bacon, butternut squash, roasted tomato and arugula! This pizza is available during the month of October only at Flour & Barley so don't miss your chance to try it out!

Come find out at this interactive class & tasting where you'll get to pick your own cheese, handle some crust & bake your own pie! Learn all about the history of pizza from the experts at Flour & Barley, plus the history of fromaggio from the mongers at Venissimo. You'll sample oodles of cheese & pizza (naturally) & enjoy a complimentary glass of wine in front of a fiery pizza oven. What a way to spend an autumn night!
