The iconic, LA lifestyle boutique, Kitson, has opened in San Diego’s newest, lifestyle center, The Headquarters at Seaport District.
The latest store in the company’s aggressive expansion plan, this 2500 square foot concept location features the top brands in each of the store’s categories: men’s, women’s and kids’ accessories, gifts, books and novelties. Exclusives from Homies, Boy London, Yosi Samra, Lauren Moshi and others will provide The Headquarters’ customers access to a unique assortment.
Arriving in time for the holiday season, shoppers will find the best stocking stuffers, perfect gifts for difficult people and an assortment that will appeal to even the most irreverent tastes.

Founded in 2000, Kitson’s original location on Robertson Blvd has evolved in to a hot spot for both celebrities and fashion enthusiasts. The brand has now grown to 14 California locations, as well as establishing an online and an international presence in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
Kitson executives chose The Headquarters location for the center’s unique design and rich history. Reinventing oneself is at the heart of LA style, and the renovation of the former Police Headquarters and old jail, its industrial, functional aesthetic and open floor plan make it the perfect fit for Kitson’s own design viewpoint, blending luxury goods with kitsch and fashion with fun. The addition of Kitson further distinguishes The Headquarters as a unique, shopping experience.
On the waterfront side of the property and at the valet parking entrance, Kitson will incorporate reclaimed wood fixtures and eclectic pieces to compliment the high, metal framed windows, exposed ceiling and open floor plan. The iconic Kitson blue will be represented on the ceiling and in other details, to ensure the brand makes an indelible impression.
