Salsa Under the Stars takes over The Headquarters once a month for an outdoor salsa lesson in the courtyard. From 5 to 9 p.m., Manny Cepeda Orchestra plays the live salsa tunes while guests are invited for a free intro to salsa class taught by Cori-Ography from 5 to 6 p.m. Make it a date night by grabbing cocktails and dinner or dessert from one of the many restaurants in The Headquarters including Puesto, Venissimo Cheese and Dallman’s Chocolate.
