"An old eyesore is being transformed into an upscale shopping and dining complex. 10News got a sneak peek of The Headquarters at Seaport District, and the $40 million project is rich with history.
The 100,000-square-foot development will offer to places like Eddie V’s, Puesto, The Cheesecake Factory, Geppetto’s Toys and Sunglass Hut.
10News caught up with Alfonso Canseco, who is a construction worker for Terramar Construction. He said he is proud to be part of such a big project. 'In the future, when I drive by, I’ll say, 'I was working on this,'' Canseco said. 'It was a jail and now it is a big giant building.'..."
