A gathering place for residents and visitors alike, The Headquarters is central to the twenty-one acre Seaport District vision. Future improvements will include expansion of Ruocco Park at Harbor Drive and Pacific Coast Highway; renovation and expansion of Seaport Village; renovation of Harbor Seafood Mart; and pedestrian, bike and shuttle connections with North Embarcadero redevelopment area including major commercial and hospitality projects known as Navy Broadway Complex and Lane Field. These master plan improvements will occur in phases shortly after completion of The Headquarters renovation.
