Summer Happenings at The Headquarters SD

San Diego Style Bloggers

With summer in full swing and The Headquarters at Seaport being in a prime spot in San Diego, here are some updates and activities for you to enjoy! In addition to shopping, the Headquarters will have local musicians every Sunday in the outdoor courtyard area, and free salsa dancing with Salsa Under the Stars on Friday, July 15 from 6 to 9 p.m.

If you’re looking for dinner before a Padres game, the MLB All-Star activities, or Comic-Con, Puesto, Flour & Barley, Season’s 52 and Eddie V’s are great family-friendly options just a short walk from the Gaslamp area.

In addition to live entertainment throughout the summer, the Headquarters now has four new unique extended “pop-up” shops, including:
  • Cherry Hills Market - Modeled on New York City’s traditional general stores, CherryHills Market™ sells home decor, hand-crafted spices, signature infused and imported olive oils and balsamic vinegars, artisanal chocolate and a wide array of unique gifts and home accessories. The brand focuses on simple and sustainable items, many of which are reclaimed, hand-made or in some way made unique or better by human hands.
  • CoCo Rose – Each piece of the CoCo Rose Collection is hand selected by owners Shannon and Eileen, during their adventures in Bali, giving women of all ages, shapes, and styles the bohemian Balinese feeling of serenity and beauty. There are a ton of beautiful dresses, jewelry, bags and accessories perfect for summer at this gorgeous boutique.
  • Lori L. Fine Art Gallery - Local artist Lori L. uses acrylic painting on etched metal to create unique pieces of art inspired by sunsets, sunrises, waves and nature.  Lori also features ten other local artists in her new Headquarters' gallery.
  • United Streets of Art - Opened earlier this week, United Streets of Art focuses on self-expression. Just as graffiti artists see a blank wall opportunity for expressing themselves, United Streets of Art see their accessories as vehicles for creativity. They deliver high-quality phone cases, belts, wallets, bags, watch bands, and other accessories, all with an urban edge.
